Don Musilli is the founder of the Englewood Incubator Center.  He started two successful businesses; one is now 27 years old. He is an author, a private pilot and a PADI Scuba Instructor.  He currently provides social media, blogging and marketing for business clients. He is the Chair for Englewood Center for Sustainability, and one of five founders of Englewood Farmer's Market.

Michael Hutchinson

Mike Hutchinson's extensive career in engineering and technology began at Westinghouse Aerospace in Baltimore, MD. He was the founder and president of R&M Electronics Inc.in Gibsonia, PA, and Michael Hutchinson Associates Engineering and Design Service.  He is the treasurer of E.I.C.

Don Landis is a civil engineer.  He holds 5 US Patents and is a Professional Engineer.  He is Vice Chairman of the Englewood CRA Board and a trustee of the Multi Employer Pension Fund.

Elaine Miller

Lee A. Perron

Lee Perron spent twenty seven years in the cable television and internet industry rising to the position of senior vice-president and an officer of the corporation for the fifth largest cable television company in the U.S., Adelphia Communications. Lee also served as Chairman for the California Cable and Telecommunications Association, President of both the Bay Area and Southern California Cable TV Associations, and as an advisor to both women, WICT, and minority, NAMIC, national associations. He currently participates in non-profit and volunteer endeavors in southwest Florida.

Jennifer Perry

Jennifer received her BA in history and psychology from the University of Massachusetts, and her Masters in Library and Information Science from Simmons College Graduate School.  After having spend 6 years as an entreprenuer in the restaurant and retail industry, she has served 20 years in public service in  Library Administration in Florida and Massachusetts.  She is a member of many public and community organizations – OEVA, BPWEV, CHAT, EFM, EIC, Chamber, ALA, LLAMA, PLA, and has experience in grant writing, construction project management, budget and project management.

Bill Truex

Bill Truex is the currently a candidate for Charlotte County Commission District 3.  He is the owner of Truex Construction, and was President of the Englewood-Cape Haze Area Chamber of Commerce.

Scott McNamee

Scott McNamee

Scott has over 40 years of experience in automotive and non-automotive product development, advanced design and project management. He has held numerous positions as adjunct faculty instructor, project manager, staff project engineer, manufacturing engineer, tooling and machine designer.

Scott enjoys training and working with creative individuals ( from beginners to professionals ), entrepreneurs, students and faculty members on the use of CAD/CAM software for design and solid modeling, 3D printers for rapid prototyping and 3D scanners for reverse engineering, while striving to promote practical, innovative design solutions for new products, institutional and commercial clients.

Ken Jakoby

Ken is an Electrical and Computer Engineer with 20 + years of experience on Wall Street and several years in the Health Care Industry at the largest provider in the New York Tri-State area. Ken has worked on some of the most cutting-edge technology in the industry partnering with Microsoft, HP and Intel. He relocated to Englewood, Florida full-time 4 years ago with his wife and seven year old son and fell in love with the community, schools and beaches.

Ken’s transition from the commercial world to teaching has been a major plus for North Port High School. Together with EIC he is bringing internships and opportunities to his students and new design prototyping capabilities to our community.

K. Blair Milliken

Mr. Milliken began his career with the Southwestern Corp., working in central Pennsylvania selling educational books door-to-door. After college he joined the family business, rising to VP of Domestic and International Sales for Milliken Distribution. Blair developing patented products and in bringing them to market. Over his 15-years at the business he became the holder of a number of patents. This experience would serve him well in the future. His entrepreneurial drive moved him into Residential and Commercial Real Estate investments which he participated in from 2003 to 2008. In late 2007 a new patent based business opportunity presented itself to purchase an environmental cleaning company in Texas. The opportunity is still in the due diligence phase.

In Early 2011 Blair briefly marketed for the regional telecommunication company Light Speed. This opportunity was short lived as Shawn Milliken asked Blair to come back to the family’s business, Milliken Distribution, to organize the recasting of the company. The work to be done this time revolved around rebranding, increasing sales, developing new patented products and seeking out additional suppliers of LED Signage products.

Mr. Milliken has volunteered his time as a high school crew coach , church small group leader and a scoutmaster. He and his wife Amy met at Florida State University over 25 years ago and reside in Englewood, FL with their three children.

He holds a AA degree from Manatee Community College and studied marketing at Florida State University, where he met his wife of twenty years, Amy. They have three children, Chase, Megan and Connor.
